All deposits are strictly non-refundable as they go towards booking of expenses such as accommodation, vehicle hire etc.
The outstanding balance of most courses is due 8 weeks prior to the course date. Should this final payment fail to reach us by the date specified, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. If a booking is made 8 weeks or less before the course date, then the full amount will be paid at the time of booking.
Earth’s Beauty Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour, course or workshop. Should an alteration or cancellation become necessary, you will then have the choice of accepting an alternative course or withdraw from the contract and accept a full refund of money paid to us.
Any cancellation by the client must be made by email and phone call. The date on which the email is received by us will determine the cancellation charges applicable. These charges are expressed as a percentage and are explained below.
- 8 – 6 weeks before the tour date 50% charge of the total price.
- 6 – 4 weeks before the tour date 75% charge of the total price.
- 4 weeks or less before the tour date 100% charge of the total price.
We reserve the right to change any of the services or other particulars (accommodation etc.) at any time before the date of each course. However, we have the obligation of informing you of such change before the course date.
If you have special dietary requirements or other requests, you should inform us of these during the completion of the on-line booking form. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements but we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.
Earth’s Beauty Tours does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or interruption to travel services through weather conditions or any other circumstances.
Earth’s Beauty Tours does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the client or any other person included in the on-line booking form, unless arising from the negligent act of the Company’s employees in which case, you will be covered by our liability insurance.
All clients must have travel insurance before booking any of our tours and workshops.
